At John H Cooper and Associates (JHCA), Bendigo,
we can help you to cope with stress and conflict at home or at work,
or to deal more usefully with grief, loss and trauma, or to move forward
from feelings of anxiety and fear.
We also assist clients who are struggling to cope
or to adjust to their changing circumstances. This involves offering
them the opportunity to ‘feel heard', the opportunity to
‘just tell it as it is'.
Focus is then moved to exploring future options, and the strengths
and resources they have to assist themselves, and then establishing
small but meaningful first steps that are available to assist them
to negotiate their changing world more usefully.
At JHCA we find that almost all human endeavour involves
us in Relationships. We have assisted
many clients to cope more usefully within the many and varied and
at times troubling relationships they experience.
